Description of the feature you would like to add / User story

As a user of the google cloud
I would like to create cluster workers with flatcar in the same way as I could do at other cloud providers
in order to fulfill my requirements of my customers.

Solution details

A supported lightweight container oriented OS as we do on other cloud providers. As first step I guess OSM must support this.

Alternative approaches

Any other lightweight OS support (but must be coordinated)

Use cases

Support lightweight VM cluster as GCE.
