What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR implements #2163. We are adding new experimental supportedFeatures field in GatewayClass status. This is a follow up to @LiorLieberman's #2383 to resolve the final bits of feedback so we can get this in in time for v1.0 while he's OOO.
