It has some improvements and fixes in the doc

the motivation: While reading the documentation, I noticed some parts that could be improved or fixed (missing links).

I'm waiting for a kubernetes-sigs member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

Hello there👋 I would recommend to use this link https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/contributors/devel/sig-architecture/api-conventions.md for referring to K8s API conventions. The main difference here is that API Concepts is rather suitable for using the API instead of standards and conventions from an architectural point of view. What do you think?
