Broken link for the docs in the create page from form

Steps to reproduce

• Click on Create on the dashboard
• Click on Create from form and scroll down to Run as privileged checkbox.

Observed result

Processes in privileged containers are equivalent to processes running as root on the host. Learn more has a link to https://kubernetes.io/docs/user-guide/pods/#privileged-mode-for-pod-containers

Expected result

The link should be https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/workloads/pods/#privileged-mode-for-containers
