Chart: Add affinity and tolerations to api and web deployments

What would you like to be added?

Please add affinity to the helm charts deployments so i can define anti affinity. Please add tolerations as well so i can tolerate taints.

Why is this needed?

With multiple replicas i can end up with the dashboard pods on the same node. When that node goes down the dashboard is down until the pods spawned on another node.
