This is a nit that needs to be addressed: Add the acknowledgement under the Test Plan section. I won't decline this KEP for the Enhancements freeze because of this change but would be great to get a PR ready addressing it.

From the comments above it seems that this enhancement already had a PRR done for stage alpha, if not please let me know ASAP.
