What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR adds stress tests for GRPC, HTTP and TCP probes with this logic.

  • Create MANY containers.
  • Each container has a liveness probe with 1s interval.
  • After some time validate that neither of containers has restartCount > 0.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Fixes #115782

Hi @lanycrost. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

Adding label do-not-merge/contains-merge-commits because PR contains merge commits, which are not allowed in this repository.

There might be a little typo in is duration where checking, maybe this should mean something along the lines of
// DefaultObservationTimeout specifies the maximum duration to wait when checking the status of kubernetes objects?
