  • Update branch CHANGELOG.md with a link to master (the canonical place for release notes)
  • Capture human-generated release note items such as Major Themes, etc somewhere so they can be pulled into the CHANGELOG at release time for 1.X.0 releases.
    • Is this a file in root like CHANGELOG-DRAFT-1.4.md (that gets deleted upon inclusion into CHANGELOG at release time? Or is it a link to kubernetes.io somewhere?
  • Add date/time to CHANGELOG entries
