What would you like to be added
Adapt page about node-local DNS (content/en/docs/tasks/administer-cluster/nodelocaldns.md) to follow docs style guide.

• use a feature-state shortcode to indicate level of support.
• I recommend replacing “dns” with “DNS” everywhere that's English text.
• consider using glossary tooltips for terms such as DaemonSet
• Explain or reword terms like “current” and “today's architecture” to avoid statements about the future
• Restructure this page as a task
• Explain prerequisites
• Document what a cluster operator must do in order for KUBE_ENABLE_NODELOCAL_DNS=true go run hack/e2e.go -v --up to have the effect the expected
• Consider converting the diagram to PNG or SVG
• Consider altering other pages about CoreDNS / cluster DNS to have a link to this task page.

Why is this needed
These are nice-to-have improvements that should make the documentation more approachable.
