You have make another branch in your git and push it and there you'll get the option to create a Pull request. After the pull request is successfully created it will be reviewed and then merged if everything seems good.

Concepts/overview/working-with-objects is not present in Hindi, we have to add this first

Note: you'll find files up to overview in Hindi docs, You have to add two files working-with-objects, and then create a file inside it named owners-dependents.
