Request to refine Jenkins helm charts #26

Official Jenkins helm charts has been greatly changed compared with ours.

There are two points I noticed:

Values' names of charts adopts the camel-case naming method instead of title-case
Jenkins controller is changed to StatefulSet instead of Deployment

It's time to update our Jenkins helm charts.
