• convert yaml resources to cue for better manipulation
• add parameters to:
  • enable mirrors in China
  • deploy scheduler
• add Trait: effective-hpa
• add Trait: resource-analytics
• add VelaQL view: crane-recommendation to quickly query resource recommendations
• write quick start guide
  • deploy sample application
  • generate load
  • watch how the effective-hpa and resource-analytics behaves
