- Boil water
- Grind 6g of beans per 100ml of water (I usually make 300ml)
- Pour some water through filter to get the paper taste away and warm up the server
- Let water cool down to ~93°C
- Pour 50ml of water and let it brew for 30 seconds
- Pour the rest of the water while keeping it around halfway up the dripper
