What happened:
Using a template that ends in operator.yaml is not correctly recognized as a template.

What you expected to happen:
The template should be handled correctly

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Create a simple operator, add a template named templates/fancy-operator.yaml and reference it. The package will not be correctly verified.
