  • Add cvar cl_drawstrafehelper that enables a tool that helps with strafing. An overlay is drawn on the HUD that displays optimal viewing angles for getting the maximum possible acceleration. Several options are available for configuring the display:
    • cl_strafehelpercenter: Whether to center the current look angle in the HUD or not
    • cl_strafehelpercentermarker: Whether to draw a marker for the current look angle
    • cl_strafehelperheight: The vertical height of the display
    • cl_strafehelperscale: The horizontal scaling of the display. A scaling of 1 means that the left border of the screen represents the angle -pi and the right border pi
    • cl_strafehelpery: The vertical position of the display, 0 being in the center of the screen
  • Base ingame timer on game frames. Avoids qs/ql cheesing and should make more sense in general
  • Make secret in waste3 work with a hack
  • Add sv_force_rate similar to sv_lan_force_rate to force rate even when not on LAN

  • Add cvars cl_drawtotaltimer and cl_drawleveltimer for displaying total and level time in the HUD. Both can take values from 0 to 3. 0 means to not draw the timers, 1 to 3 draws them with increasingly more digits
