fix(kuma-cp) builtin DNS resolve alias with dots #2208

Summary

Kuma CP DNS resolved echo-server_kuma-test_svc_80.mesh as well as echo-server.kuma-test.svc.80.mesh. Kuma DP builtin DNS resolver only resolved the first option.
