Introduction of jRQS
Java Requirements Searcher aka jRQS - Java web application that may be run with Tomcat, for example.
The jRQS implementation absorbs all the ideas built for WebQA program with the goals to make it stable and more user-friendly. In perspective, jRQS should support working with the Oracle database.
