It would be good to have a warning that you're editing a library instance as compared to a project instance, similar to editing instruments in the instrument library. This will become more important if the effect library is moved to a pane/panel.

Descheduling from 2.6.1. I'm not sure this is necessary at this time as the association seems pretty clear to me that editing is happening for a library object. Let's keep this in the tracker for now though as the effect library could eventually be moved to a pane/panel.
