[Bounty] 持续性更新维护

用这个插件也有好长时间了，目前很复杂的配置要不用配置文件，要不只能用这个插件实现。ray那边的开发也停滞很长一段时间了，下一个阶段就是v5。我现在自己改了改源码用着v5，觉得这个项目就这么不更新了很可惜，所以我准备发起一个Bounty，希望有需求的大家可以打赏一两杯咖啡促进这个项目的开发。Bountysource

我个人比较喜欢Liberapay，但是那个应该是要作者申请账户然后发到这里，如果发到了Liberapay，我会追加打赏。

I don't think anyone could maintain/update luci-app-v2ray continually. If he want receive the bounty, he will be traced. If he keep anonymous, there is nearly no bounty.

I also want luci-app-v2ray keep updated. I even traced a bug. But the thing is not easy.
