The default config is not in the right format

The default config in the index.js file is not in the right format:

  'services': {
    'file': {
      'outputs': {
        'error': {
          'level': 'warn',
          'filename': 'kuzzle.log'
        }
      },
      'addDate': true
    },
    'stdout': {
      'level': 'info'
    }
  }
}

According to the documentation in the readme file, the format must be something like:

"services": {
    "file": {
      "level": "warn",
      "filename": "kuzzle.log",
      "addDate": true
    }
}

The error comes from the index.js, we have to fix it.
