Bug with link manipulations

First of all thank you for this very useful plugin.

I'm looking to use it to manage my menu, it works fine in general but I run into an exception.

I would like one of my section headers to be a link without a target (#) so that it only serves to display a dropdown.

So here is the steps that I reproduce:

• create a "My menu" link with a "#" target
• Drag an existing page below this new link
  -> the menu is updated with "My menu" which points to "/ my-menu / my-page"

Which bug at wordpress level since the "my-menu" page does not exist.

Another bug: if I reload the page on the admin side after adding the link then I cannot drag the page below it. I think this is the plugin that does not accept that we drag-drop a page under a link.

But it works the first time :)

So it would be ideal if we could have this possibility of dragging a page under a link (at least those of the first level).
