Windows: File locking error when moving message from out/ to sent/

Win 7 enterprice works ok but with a few windows specific bugz.

• File locked when composing a message using the command line.
• Trying to use a PNG image as attachment:

Thanks for opening the issue Kai.

The two bugs you mention is not related, so we should keep separate issues for them. I've created a new issue that would resolve the auto converting bug (issue #13).

The file locking is obviously a blocking bug for a proper Windows release. Let's use this issue for discussion on that :)
