Locate Device app is an android version of bluetooth indoor positioning system. The system has dependency on 
the in built database which stored bluetooth RSSI reference points which would be new for every new location. 
Moreover it has an added functionality to connect to the server to obtain location information and to synchronize 
local and remote database.
