Releasing version 2.0

The libcrc functions have historically been available for download at www.lammertbies.nl. The latest version number there was 1.16. In this Github version not previously released changes and additions have been merged with the public sources. This new merged version of the function library is therefore tagged v2.0 to indicate a significant step in development.
