This software package includes several Matlab scripts and auxiliary functions, which implement the computational algorithms for the method MCT described in the following publication: Computational Proposal for Tracking Multiple Molecules in a Multifocus Confocal Setup, ACS Photonics (2022)

  1. To use this software in GUI form run: MCT in Matlab's command window.
