Add versions 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, 10.10, 10.11, 11.0, 11.1, 11.2 with the same bitnami built images as the currenly added versions have

• Fixes issue Add MariaDB versions 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, 10.10 to supported versions #17
• I set the supported versions according to https://endoflife.date/mariadb
• I didn't change the default, it stayed 10.3
• worked fine for drupal recipe for me locally
• bitnami didn't have 11.3 image built when I created the PR, so that's why that version is missing
