• The last used account is now loaded upon start
• Dark/light setting is now a config option that is preserved when app is closed/restarted
• Web version preserves database in local storage so accounts and settings are not lost when page is closed

Upgrading from v1.7 should be supported, but if you experience any issue just uninstall old version and make a fresh installation.
