v1.33.1 (Windows MSIX only)

This version ships with an upgraded Windows library that fixes strange, random UI locks when typing and moving the mouse fast at the same time (microsoft/WindowsAppSDK#3266).
Only applies to Windows x64 MSIX. For other platforms just use v1.33
