Starting with v2.3.5 (see #265), guest-checkout can't complete due to an issue with the jQuery processing.

Sites using 2.3.5 can work around the issue by setting Configuration :: Customer Details :: State - Always display as pulldown? to false until I get v2.3.6 released.
