… probably the issue is with the loader, not the renderer)
NOTE: Also, there was an issue with the size renderer too, not just the loader. But it's doing something, because when I remove markdown-it-imsize the image stops loading entirely.

Opening this just for posterity, because we decided not to go down this route after all in https://discourse.joplinapp.org/t/resize-images/708/13 but it might still be useful for other people to see how to build a
markdown-itplugin.This PR wasn't totally ready to merge before I put it down. There was one unresolved issue around actually loading the image that I didn't resolve.
Here's how the test file looked:
