[Issue] Fix get schemaName by partitioned topic name (apache#7708)

Fixes apache#7676 

### Motivation

Currently, there is an error that gets schemaName by partitioned topic name.

### Modifications

Add partitioned check in method `topicName. getSchemaName()`.
