This is a PR to bump/v4.6.0, updating some of @joehendrix's work on DiscrTree for the latest nightly.

Annoyingly, I wasn't able to merge main into bump/v4.6.0 before starting this, so the diff is pretty messy: it includes both bringing bump/v4.6.0 up to main, and the fixes. The fixes themselves (which is all that really needs reviewing) are in the single commit e72441d.

These changes have already been merged into nightly-testing.

Makes sure to mention that the patterns are processed using `rintro`, and makes sure `ext` mentions `ext1`.
This ports library_search from Mathlib to Std. It preserves the ability to do caching, but is designed to support a cacheless mode. The exact and apply tactics are named `std_exact?` and `std_apply?`, but will eventually be renamed.
