This repo is an R package which contains the analysis notebook and functions used in the analysis of Lefever et al., 2022. It can be installed using devtools:
devtools::install_github("https://github.com/lefeverde/QSPpaper")
The data can be accessed following this link.
The analyses are contained in the QSPpaper.Rmd notebook.
