Error with Microsoft Azure Adapter zhdkaad

Describe the bug
Try to login in
https://ausleihe.zhdk.ch or https://leihs.zhdk.ch

Both results in login error (see attached screen)

Error reported by ITZ employee. At me in safari browser the error could not be confirmed. In Chrome, however, it could.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://ausleihe.zhdk.ch
2. Enter login name or email address
3. hit button "Login"
4. See error

Expected behavior
When enter a valid email address or login name
a) when already logged in in Azure AD -> redirect into Leihs
b) when not logged in in Azure AD -> Promt for Microsoft Azure AD login
