Split spike into spike + certs

Spike will be for general testing of features, solutions, bugs, etc.

Certs are dedicated to the certification process of Leka.

Spikes have been renamed with the `lk_` prefix for Leka related stuff
and `mbed_` prefix for mbed related stuff
