find-ocicl-systems ignores the user's global systems. I think I should just add this feature to ocicl-runtime. I'll do that and submit a lem patch once complete. |

Since adding external dependencies is a bad idea, maybe just integrating trivial-system-loader into micros is fine. If there is a better way, please let me know.
I hope this is okay, I tried to incorporate the license but don't know if I did that correctly.
Furthermore, listing locally available systems is now also not dependent on quicklisp anymore and respects ocicl.
This would also close #11.
