bug: elastic search connector needs elasticsearch jar into its classpath to work #8

Actually we do have an elasticsearch jar in the classpath but it doesn't work with elastic 2.4.1 (at least). We have to check versions and additional files.

We fixed this in 1666a73 but unfortunately, with elasticsearch in connect's classpath, hbase connector stops working.

On 5604850 we added the PREFER_HBASE env var which will enable the hbase connector in loss of the elastic and twitter connectors.
