Define xrange() in Python 3 #239

xrange() was removed in Python 3 in favor of range(). Discovered via #237.

__xrange()__ was removed in Python 3 in favor of __range()__.  Discovered via lericson#237.

I will fix this by removing the usage of xrange instead.
