[4.2.0] Where is the changelog?

I can't find the changelog for 4.2.0 in changelog.md and github release.

This pull request was merged #3811 and adds support for:
CSS Containment Module Level 3 (https://www.w3.org/TR/css-contain-3/)
Media Queries Level 4 (https://www.w3.org/TR/mediaqueries-4/)

Basically, CSS Container Queries and range syntax for @media at-rules.

The container queries works well, but container style queries doesn't.
It converted to :

@container type (<condition>)

There's a space between "type" and the bracket.
So it cannot be parsed correctly.
