Enables multi-instance use of the Communication - IR Transmit plugin.
After the upgrade of the IRremoteESP8266 library to v2.8.1, the
minimal_IRext_ESP8266_1Mbuild has too little space in the bin file, so plugin P088,Energy (Heat) - Heatpump IR transmitter, has been disabled.Anyone that needs that combination, an 1M build with P088, is advised to upgrade to a 4M build (either ESP8266 or ESP32), or create a Custom build with some other unneeded plugins disabled.
