Resolves #3906

Enables multi-instance use of the Communication - IR Transmit plugin.

  • Testing
    • ESP8266
    • ESP32

After the upgrade of the IRremoteESP8266 library to v2.8.1, the minimal_IRext_ESP8266_1M build has too little space in the bin file, so plugin P088, Energy (Heat) - Heatpump IR transmitter, has been disabled.
Anyone that needs that combination, an 1M build with P088, is advised to upgrade to a 4M build (either ESP8266 or ESP32), or create a Custom build with some other unneeded plugins disabled.

Cool work.
I do not get why you need more than one instance of this plug in?

why you need more than one instance of this plug in?

The requester, (see forum link in linked issue) uses that to control separate receivers, Actually, TD-er had the same question 😄
