Lately there have been lots of unexplainable issues with builds.
It seems that the builds work just fine when built twice.
However in the nightly builds, these files are only built once, which is how it should be.
As a test, here the compressed archive of my .pioenvs folder after building twice.
I removed the PUYA builds, since I cannot build PUYA builds on Windows.
As a bonus, the ESP32 build and the (untested) build for the Sonoff POW (preliminary, testing, take care, etc) are included.
The firmware.bin files in each directory are the ones to flash.
