Include AUTHORS file in binary distributions built. Also, drop downloader script from the DEB, as it seems to be problematic from the legal side of the story :(

Merge back from merger branch.
"PRG-inject" was limited in size quite well, raising the limit now what modern BS-ROMs allows it seems. Also dropping file into emulator window now asks what to do with the file: mounting as D81, or using the "PRG inject" mechanism.
* Make port 2 is the default joystick * Add a new sub menu "Input devices" * Move keyboard related stuff there * Also add "swap joy ports" item
