ce PR remplace #725 et le complète avec une option globale.
Je fait plutôt simple, ce n'est donc pas tout à fait en adéquation avec ce ticket .
Pour tester :
s'assurer que le type de congé s'affiche dans les cellules du calendrier ou non, selon le profil utilisateur (employé, responsable et RH) et l'option afficher_types_conges_calendrier (rh, rh+responsable, tous).
