[BUILD] Report proper error when linker script cannot be found. #89

By default, the error message when linker script cannot be found is not that nice:

make: *** No rule to make target 'miniblink.elf', needed by 'elf'.  Stop.


          [BUILD] Report proper error when linker script cannot be found.
