Add cloudbackup test that get's backups for deleted volume #24

Currently we only test for a valid workflow for not created volumes.

We need a test that does:

Create a volume
Creates a cloudbackup
Deletes the volume
Get's cloudbackuplist for the deleted volume without erroring out.
