Output no string vs the value of $snmpv3_sha2 and $snmpv3_aes256 as this would result in resulting in the proper option not being selected. Also includes fix for #12727

After you are done testing, you can remove the changes with ./scripts/github-remove. If there are schema changes, you can ask on discord how to revert.
