First and foremost consider this:

  • Only RetroArch bugs should be filed here. Not core bugs or game bugs
  • This is not a forum or a help section, this is strictly developer oriented

Description

The flat/palm.cfg overlay no longer shows the button ( V ) to unhide the overlay once it is collapsed. Forcing me to reset the app.

Expected behavior

The ( V ) button should show, allowing me to unhide the overlay

Actual behavior

Once I click the Hide button ( ^ ) I'm forced to restart the app to be able to see the overlay again.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Change the overlay to palm.cfg
  2. Click the ( ^ ) button besides the RA logo

Bisect Results

I installed the latest aarch64 build of RA on the official website, since that one has more cores than the GPlay version. I was trying to use Mu again but found that there's a mildly infuriating bug with the overlay hider.
