The GPU feature is currently missing for OpenGL.

Would this be the issue that can be seen in Parasite Eve II? Seems whenever there is a "Motion Blur" technique, it looks like the background clips over/through 3d models. Best way I can describe it.

Could be related to that. It is most likely the case.
