Hello!

first, thanks for the cool work you have done to make this work easily! I spent some time trying to make it work for me with a kind of complicated setup having bios files in the content directory:

/media/Games/Sega Saturn$ md5sum *.bin|grep -E'85ec9ca47d8f6807718151cbcca8b964|3240872c70984b6cbfda1586cab68dbe'
3240872c70984b6cbfda1586cab68dbe mpr-17933.bin
85ec9ca47d8f6807718151cbcca8b964 sega_101.bin

bios files failed loading
system files are on content directory
with this setup (system files in content directory) core fails on game loading, but when the system files are in content directory option is turned off (and both files in the system directory), then it works as expected.. except it breaks my current setup and would require to move all other core's BIOSes in to the system/bios directory.

I can't replicate. The core obeys the frontend setting correctly here, as in it gets the correct system directory accordingly.
