Does it make sense to test with zero fee? At least in lnd we aren't able to generate commitments for that.

I think it is assumed that the channel reserve is zero? May be useful to specify somewhere. Or use a non-zero reserve and indicate that some of these last test cases shouldn't result in a commitment tx.

If someone wants the pre-static_remotekey test vectors, they're in git, but no need to keep adding outdated cruft over the years.
